The IYCC brings together researchers, practitioners, policy makers, organisations and young carers from around the world to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and strengthen support for young carers.
From Recognition to Action:
Supporting Young Carers in a Changing World
The conference focuses on how research, practice, and policy can work together to improve the lives of young carers and respond to societal change. The two-day event will take place on 21–22 October 2026 in Berlin, Germany, and offers a diverse program including research presentations, practice-based sessions, young carer sharing their experiences and spaces for dialogue and networking.
