When can I register for the IYCC 2026
We expect to open registration in march or april. Early bird tickets will be available then.
How much will the tickets cost?
Although we are still calculating the fair costs, we aim to not raise the price of a ticket compared to the IYCC 2024. Tickets then were between 250 and 350€.
I am a young carer. Can I attend?
Yes, absolutely! It is important to us to give young carer a voice at the conference! You can attend the conference as a guest or even present your story and talk about your experience. We want to offer free tickets for young carers and have dedicated staff and spaces for you at the conference.
Where can I stay and how do I get there?
Getting to Berlin is easy and affordable. You can get to the conference space in the city center easily with public transport from the airport. Train travel is also an option as Berlin is well connected to some european train lines.
The Hotel Abion hosts the conference and offers rooms. If you are on a budget there are many hotel options nearby in the main train station area just one tram stop away.
Will there be a social activity
Yes, we plan to organize a dinner at the first night of the conference. This is optional and has additional costs but has always been well received during the last IYCCs.
Which languages will be spoken at the conference?
English will be the main language at the conference. The presentations will be in English and all staff will speak English as well. We might consider offering a German language program track if there is a need and suitable abstracts.
