Registration is now open for the International Young Carer Conference in Berlin! Connect with researchers, projects, and young carers to share knowledge, enjoy a diverse program with workshops, presentations and panels and foster a supportive community.
Conference Registration Ticket Options
We tried to keep ticket prices in the range of the 2024 IYCC. We know funding is always an issue, especially for NGOs, young carer services and young carers themselves.
All tickets include attendance to the conference, materials, lunch and coffee breaks as well as drinks during the whole event.

Registration Process
Getting your ticket for the IYCC 2026 in Berlin is quick and easy. We use the online platform “idloom” to make registration and ticketing easy for us. When registering you will be forwarded to the idloom IYCC website, that is also managed by the IYCC conference team.
Step One: Choose Your Ticket
Select the ticket category that best fits your role and needs for the conference.
Also choose if you want to attend the networking dinner on day 1. This is optional and comes with an extra fee. Tickets for the dinner can also be bought seperatly later.
Step Two: Complete Registration
Fill out the registration form accurately to confirm your participation. Fill in your private data as well as your employers info. If you are a young carer or individual not connected to an organization, just use your personal info.
Step Three: Payment and Confirmation
After registration you will receive an Email. Follow the payment instructions via bank transfer and receive your registration confirmation.
FAQs
As we won’t be using sponsorships from companies, all costs have to be covered by ticket sales. 10% discounts are available for organizations buying tickets for more than 2 employees. In that case, please contact us via Email.
Please use bank wire transfer. The bank account details can be fund on the invoice.
Yes, there is a limited amount of free tickets for young carers up to 21 years old. All young carers who are playing an active role at the conference will be guaranteed free registration. The rest of the free tickets can then be used by young carers who want to attend the conference on a first come first serve basis.

As a person giving a presentation, a workshop or panel, you can register with the price reduced ticket option. Please only book this option when you have received final confirmation by the IYCC program committee chair.
If you are a keynote speaker, registration is free and you will be registered by the conference organizers.
